Great, simple and effective app! Using just the free beginner version I can tell a difference in my abdominal strength.
This is great for a quick workout and when added to your daily workout routine.
A really good app with effective exercises for beginners. Easy to use: motivation come from the possibility of time selection. You only have 5 min now but youll have more time later? Sélect a 5 min workout and just do it! Taking a photo of your abs after each workout is a great idea but it make the app crash for now...
Very good application with videos enclosed which help a lot to describe what to do.
Love this app because I can adjust the time to whatever suits my family life for the day. Only ten more pounds to my pre-pregnancy weight!
Wow! Im really impressed. Not often I rate apps but this one was worth it. Prepare to be sore I mean toned.

Some bad moments

This that is a complete waste of time and money. Videos do not work and whats the use it they dont work. Dont get ripped off!
The beginner workout has a couple of advanced exercises that should probably be in one of the other workouts. In addition, the voice keeps fading out so you cant hear it all the time.
The workout is good. It could be better if the recommended number of reps per exercise was provided. This way a person has an idea if they are performing at a recommended level for this stage of fitness. Also the voice of the trainer fades out periodically.
This is a great app if you are just getting started and are unfamiliar with the many ab exercises. I highly recommend it.
Please fix voice that fades in and out. When switching sides for an excercise it would be nice to have a pause while you switch so the counter doesnt keep counting while your switching.
Very simple. Good instructions. Time goes by fast. Just put some music on and in a song or two your done!
