This that is a complete waste of time and money. Videos do not work and whats the use it they dont work. Dont get ripped off!
Its an excellent app but there is bug just after the end of workout: the app turn off
A really good app with effective exercises for beginners. Easy to use: motivation come from the possibility of time selection. You only have 5 min now but youll have more time later? Sélect a 5 min workout and just do it! Taking a photo of your abs after each workout is a great idea but it make the app crash for now...

Great for someone who doesnt have a lot of time
The app itself is ok but the video does not move or match the exercise being shown. Even when watching manually doesnt match. Deleted and downloaded as suggested so I guess this is an issue..At the end of the day, I was only looking for ab suggestions to use while i work in China.

Videos are glitchy and wont play in landscape mode. Other than that is ok
