I had this app five minutes... first it opened up two ads for a flash sale. Then it opened two ads for candy crush. I closed both of them and it still opened candy crush to the App Store. I look to see if I could up grade for a small fee and no luck. You can however pay for a expensive monthly fee but it doesn't say it will disable the ads. Don't waste you time

Great app! I've never been too fat, but this app is helping me to see my 6P! I love the flexibility; you'll find an exercise for any situation, no matter if you're tired, you don't have time, etc.

This app is great for a quick ab workout. The short workout is ok for a beginner, but could be more intense. Overall good app to use at home when bored.
Great so far. First day for me. They had my heart rate up and I was challenged on the beginner level! I recommend the app and plan to use it daily.
It would be nice if the guy actually did the moves with you, I'm a visual leaner.
This workout is great and who doesn't have 5 minutes a day? I did it while the kids got ready for school.
Free version is plenty for an ab fix everyday. Have only done the 8 min one so far.

Limited to abs, but for what it is, the app is great. It offers three different length options with three different levels of intensity. The shortest and easiest is not too easy, so completing it will make you feel that you really did get a workout accomplished. As you progress and your strength and endurance increase, this app will allow you to grow your workout. And the longest workout is still only 10 minutes long, so you have no real excuse for not doing it.
The videos club be more descriptive Could be able to sink to google fit I like the " track you progress" area. We could be able to manage that... Overall good app
This is a great beginner workout. I am 15 pounds overweight and haven't been doing a lot of crunches. I'm 40-year-old woman. This is a good beginner workout to ease back into exercising

The 'side crunch' and the 'Russian twist' have the same instructions (the instructions are correct for the side crunch; Russian twist instructions need to be revised)
The workout is about average. I started with the beginner level and barely break a sweat. If you have been away from working on your abs for awhile this will work for you but if you're not a novice this is not challenging enough.
The sound on this app works about 50% of the time.

This app is time-friendly for busy people like me. 5 minutes/day of abdominal focus, along with my yoga and walking, is super toning for my body! I even find myself pushing to do another interval before the day is out simply by reminding myself that it's ONLY gonna take 5 minutes! 👍🏾
App didn't work upon opening. Had to force quit 3 times. Interface looks outdated. Poor

Before I found this app I never really knew what exercises to do but the app makes it very easy to learn with the videos which upload quickly and are very clear.
