Great app but there is too much advertising

Never really worked out before but this makes it easy

Before I found this app I never really knew what exercises to do but the app makes it very easy to learn with the videos which upload quickly and are very clear.

Didnt work

App didnt work upon opening. Had to force quit 3 times. Interface looks outdated. Poor

Time Saver!!

This app is time-friendly for busy people like me. 5 minutes/day of abdominal focus, along with my yoga and walking, is super toning for my body! I even find myself pushing to do another interval before the day is out simply by reminding myself that its ONLY gonna take 5 minutes!

Technical problems with sound

The sound on this app works about 50% of the time.

Average

The workout is about average. I started with the beginner level and barely break a sweat. If you have been away from working on your abs for awhile this will work for you but if youre not a novice this is not challenging enough.

Wrong exercise instructions

The side crunch and the Russian twist have the same instructions (the instructions are correct for the side crunch; Russian twist instructions need to be revised)
